Addie’s had a pretty good month! She continues to go with the flow most days!
She likes going to soccer almost as much as Ashley. She really enjoyed the soccer tournament day. She loved toe bounce house! Now every time we go to a soccer game she asks to go to the bounce house. She doesn’t fully understand it was only there for the one day. She also thinks she should always have a snack as soon as we get to the soccer game!
Addie loved spring break! We went to a puppet show and she was engaged from the beginning to the end. She was one of the first children to go down to the stage and hug the Cinderella puppet! After the puppet show we spent a wonder time at the park with a picnic lunch and playing and playing and playing! It was a great time with our friend Simon. Addie was worn out when it was time to go home! That afternoon she learned to make giant bubbles and had a treat at the ice cream shop!
Addie is very much “into” babies. There is a sibling in her class who has a baby sister who comes in every morning to Addie’s class. And, every morning Addie loves to watch the baby and say hello to the baby. Our friends had a baby and we have visited several times together. Every time we have been together Addie wants to follow “Baby Roz” where ever she goes. The next morning Addie will wake up asking if Baby Roz is still at our house. She can’t wait to see Baby Roz.
We had a very nice Easter together at our house. Addie had a great Easter party at school with her friends. She had her first egg hunt with her classmates. We spent Good Friday at home making crafts and playing outside. Addie loves her new swing! We went to another Easter egg hunt at church and played with more friends. Addie especially liked the sparkly eggs in the hunt. She really liked all the candy! In the afternoon we colored eggs and played outside some more. The Easter Bunny delivered Addie a kitty and she has barely put it down. The kitty has gone everywhere with Addie since Easter. It rained almost all Easter day so another Easter egg hunt took place inside. It was a great day all around. Thank you Easter Bunny!
