Addie's had a good month. At school the teachers must tell the class "thumbs up" when they do something good because Addie likes to tell us "thumbs up" all the time! We are spending as much time as we can outside.
She spent the night with her cousins, and once she got to sleep, every one got to sleep too! It's taken every one this long to figure out that Addie has to be the first person in the room to go to sleep, others wise, no one is going to sleep because Addie won't let them! Addie's teachers at school are having a difficult time figuring this out on their own.
Addie loves to do what ever the big kids are doing. If we are with our friends at game night, at a play area, it doesn't take Addie long to observe what the others are doing and jump right in!
Addie is very much enjoying the playroom at home. She loves when Ashley and Mommy leave the scissors within reach. Addie loves to cut paper into tiny pieces. A lot of the time she will glue them together on top of each other in a big stack. Other times she likes to just leave the tiny pieces every where! One time she used her play room chair to reach the bottle of glue, instead of just a glue stick. Mommy wasn't in the room, obviously! Addie unscrewed the bottle and the next thing we knew the table was well covered in almost the entire new bottle of glue. Now Addie knows the difference between a bottle of glue and glue sticks!
We spent Spring Break at home this year. We took a trip to the Bitty Baby store! Unfortunately Addie got a blister on her foot and couldn't enjoy it as much, but she got a new pair of shoes at the next stop.
Addie continues to keep us laughing and smiling!
