This month we learned how to spell Addie…”T-R-O-U-B-L-E!” The girl loves to get into everything! She is crawling all over the place and as soon as you pick up all the toys she has them right back out again! If you’re not watching she will crawl back behind Daddy’s chair to play his guitar.
She especially likes dumping puzzle pieces. It brings the biggest smile to her face. Who can resist her smile? And those curls! Addie’s hair is starting to curl, it’ so cute in the back. Addie has also started twisting her tongue inside her mouth. We’re still waiting for some more teeth to pop through.
Addie is on the move and pulling up. At school there is a window in Addie’s room to the playground. When Ashley is playing outside she will go to the window. Addie’s learned to pull herself up to the window seal so she can see Ashley.
It’s been a rough month for Addie to stay healthy. She had a tummy bug that lasted over a week and then ended her month with a fever. Poor thing didn’t let it stop her. She slept a lot, but was up with giggles and smiles. Ashley has learned to move some of her more favorite toys so the next time Addie gets sick her toys stay clean (she wasn’t so lucky the first few times!!).
For Addie’s first Easter and Aunt Ne’s wedding we went to Maw Maw and Paw Paw’s house. Addie was so laid back while everyone had a chance to hold and play with her all weekend. Easter morning she got up to see a filled basket by the Easter Bunny. She got a bunny named Becca, books, and bubbles. Thanks to the Easter Bunny for leaving some chocolate for Mommy and Daddy in Addie’s basket. Every one had fun chasing the butterfly toys around on the floor. Addie was really worn out by the time she got home from her trip.
